IRON apartment-duplex is situated on the second floor (with lift), fully reformed and renovated building in 2008. It is an apartment of 77 square metres built with a capacity for up to four people to stay there. The ample salon complete with balcony possesses a comfortable double sofa-bed, armchair, furniture with built-in TV-LCD, dining table and chairs and a small lavatory . The american kitchen is open to the salon and is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. On the upper floor of the duplex, we find the main bedroom with double bed, capacious wardrobes and large windows. The bathroom is modern and equipped with sink and a large sloping shower. From the bedroom one can access the  private terrace.
