The SANTA MARINA apartment is located on the first floor of a Sevillian building (an old neighbours´ courtyard) and was totally reformed and renovated in 2009.  The apartment has two bedrooms and is ideal for families or a small group of up to three people.

The living-dining room is an attractive and relaxing room with a balcony looking out onto the street, a comfortable sofa for three people, a central table, a TV and DVD incorporated into the furniture, and a dining table and chairs.  The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a balcony above the street; the second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobes.   The kitchen is situated in a separate room and is fully equipped with electric hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, cafetière, toaster and all the kitchen utensils.  Finally, the apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with ample shower and lavatory.

In short, it is an elegant,  welcoming and stylishly decorated apartment, as it has everything necessary to make your stay in Seville truly pleasant and enjoyable (air conditioning, central heating, 32" TV, DVD, Internet, etc.).
