Apartment-studio which sleeps 2 people, in a beautiful, modern, twentieth century house, recently restored and renovated in 2006.  It is situated in the historic centre of the city, in the famous Macarena neighbourhood. The studio is very luminous and peaceful, since the building is on the corner of two extremely quiet streets where next to no traffic passes.  The studio has unique space where we find living-dining room with a comfortable sofa-bed and built-in wardrobes, armchair, TV with DVD player, dining table and chairs. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.  The kitchen is open to the living-dining room and is equipped with electric hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and all the items necessary in a kitchen. The building also disposes of a magnificent solarium communal terrace on the top floor, where one can relax and sunbathe, available for the use of all of the customers at no extra charge.
