New and modern duplex-apartment  in the historical centre, next to the famous "Alameda de Hércules".  The apartment is situated on the ground floor  of a captivating two-storey building finished in 2008 and retaining its fine Sevillian style.  The apartment possesses a voluminous living-dining room, complete with a large windows, extremely comfortable double sofa-bed, table and chairs, table with TV LCD connected via international satellite. The american kitchen is open to the salon and is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. From the living-room one can access the  private terrace.
