Location:

The apartment is situated next to the Puerta de la Carmona, one of the gates of the ancient Muslim city wall which surrounded Seville. The flat is situated at just a few minutes from the main shopping area of Seville and the most important monuments: the Cathedral, ,Giralda, Reales Alcazares, Archivo de Indias, etc..., and it is also near to the Casa de Pilatos, the Murillo gardens and the neighbourhoods of Judería and Santa Cruz.  In the immediate surroundings, numerous restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, taxi bays and bus stops are also to be found...as well as the AVE and Santa Justa train station.

Recommendations:

The Artes apartments are in a priveleged position in order to make it possible to enjoy to the maximum the two most important weeks of Seville.  To arrive at the Feria de Sevilla, you simply walk straight to the avenure of Menendez y Pelayo, next to the Murillo gardens, until you cross the Guadalquivir river.  It could not be easier!

The Holy Week (Semana Santa) can be enjoyed practically without leaving the apartments.  From the apartments, you can enjoy all the festivities, watching two of the most important, ancient and traditional brotherhoods of the city: San Roque el Domingo de Ramos and Los Negritos el Jueves Santo.  Additionally the offical procession route is found a short walk away from the apartments, in the very heart of Seville.

Nearest Parking: 

The public car park CANO Y CUETO is located in the Menendez y Pelayo avenue, some 10 minutes on foot from the apartment, the price is approx. 18 euros/24hr.

• 5 mins. Barrio Santa Cruz.
• 10 mins. Cathedral and Reales Alcazares.
• 10 mins. Town Hall and Sierpes street. 
• 15 mins. Plaza España and Mª Luisa park. 

   

  How to arrive from the airport:

• Transfers: Private collection service at the airport (enquire).  

• Taxi: 20/25 minutes depending on traffic. Approx. 25 euros. 

• Bus: Approx. 30/40 minutes.  Bus line EA takes you from the airport to the city centre.  Buses every 15/30 minutes.  To arrive at the apartment, get off at the last stop (Prado de San Sebastian), followed by line C4 until to Puerta Carmona stop. More information is available on the TUSSAM website.
